TechDoc does not accept responsibility for any damage to my computer's hardware or peripheral devices.
I am responsible for making sure that any critical data is backed up before bringing my computer to TechDoc and for providing copies of any licensed software if necessary.
I acknowledge that a TechDoc technician will work on my computer as soon as possible after I bring it in.
When I drop off my computer, a TechDoc technician will give me an estimate of when the repair or maintenance will be finished. If this estimate changes, the technician will notify me at the phone number or email address I provide • When I pick up my computer, I will make sure that I also pick up all peripheral devices and media, and I will not hold TechDoc responsible for the subsequent loss of any items that I may leave behind.
TechDoc technicians will work on my device to the best of their abilities; however TechDoc does not guarantee that its technicians will be able to solve the problem or problems that my device is experiencing. Returns and refunds
All services and/or repairs are eligible for a 30 day warranty. Techdoc reserves the right to choose between either a refund to the client or reissue a replacement/reservice.
A valid warranty repair claim must be related to the issue Techdoc stated has been repaired, different or unrelated issues do not fall under the repair warranty • All warranty claims must be due to an inherent fault and not user error, accidental damage, etc.
A flat fee of $55 will be charged in a case of a false warranty claim.
In case of an inability to repair the issue or provide an outcome, only the diagnosis and outcall fee (if applicable) will apply.
In case of an inability to diagnose the issue, only the outcall fee (if applicable) will apply.
